Counselling

Counselling with me is a calm, confidential space where you can come exactly as you are. There’s no need to prepare or perform; this is a place to be seen, heard, and understood. Each online face to face session unfolds gently, guided by empathy, honesty, and authenticity, the core values of my person-centred approach.

I draw from several therapeutic perspectives, including Existential Processing, which explores meaning, purpose, and identity; Attachment Theory, which recognises how early patterns shape how we connect in relationships, CBT techniques, which support realistic, empowering ways of thinking and being; and Positive Psychology, which focuses on inner strength, growth and what helps people flourish.

Every person is unique, even twins like me. You will not notice which approach I’m using as each session is tailored naturally to your pace, your needs, and your story. What matters most is that you feel safe, respected, and free to explore within a space of genuine care and confidentiality.

How Booking Works:

You complete the Contact Form

You share your availability

You will receive a confirmation email with your therapeutic onboarding pack.

Total session time: 50 minutes per week (Up to 2 sessions per week)

Your Therapeutic Pack Includes:

Therapeutic agreement to read and sign

If you cannot sign digitally, please email confirmation of receipt of email and this will act as your signature

Session details and agreed date

Payment information

Silence + Sound Therapy

in these sessions, quiet presence meets gentle sound and meditation. Hertz or Hz Frequency refers to the natural vibration or rhythm of sound, each tone carrying it's own subtle effect on the body and nervous system. When played, the steady, gentle instrumental notes encourage mind, body and spirit restoration, calm, clarity, rest, relaxation, respite from the external world, peace, connection to self and natural balance.

There are no expectations, no right or wrong way to be, simply come as you are and sit with me. Within this space, vibration and calm guide you inward toward balance, release, and renewal. I will connect with you online, most often in the comfort of my home.

Session Structure:

5 minutes to settle in

30 minutes of silence with supportive sound frequencies

Sound bowl at the start and end of the silence + sound therapy period

10 minutes gentle return before closing

 

Total session time 45 minutes (As often as you would like)

 

How Booking Works:

Sessions are booked directly through the booking calendar.

Payment is made in advance through the website.
